Add a folder or pick files, choose format and columns, then generate a list you can copy, download, or print. Handy for backups, audits, and documentation. Everything runs locally.
You pick the source (a whole folder or a set of files) and the tool builds a list with the columns you choose. No server sees your files. Use the list for backup logs, compliance notes, or sharing a catalog with someone who does not have access to the originals.
A file list gives names, paths, sizes, and dates. It does not store file contents or restore deleted files. For integrity checks, turn on the checksum option and compare later with a tool like the File Metadata Extractor. For finding duplicates, use the File Duplicate Finder.
CSV and TSV work in spreadsheets. JSON fits scripts and APIs. HTML and Markdown suit docs and wikis. Use the extension filter to limit the list (e.g. only images or only PDFs). Min size helps skip tiny or empty files when you care about larger assets.
